The phones are open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will get back to as soon as possible. The website is always open. Note: Friday or weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping & Shipping Charges?
Regular orders will be charged a flat $7.99 shipping charge. Except for ARF's, ARC's, and other large or heavy items.
Regular orders means UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post ground shipping only to a continental US address.
IMPORTANT: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and other overseas US possessions or any other overseas destination are always shipped by the cheapest method available.. Your order will be shipped the most reasonable way unless another shipping method is requested.
Payment?
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as Paypal.
Note: To prevent credit card fraud, we require the order be shipped to the same home billing address used by your credit card company.
COD: We do not accept COD orders.
Personal Check: We accept personal checks but please allow 2 weeks for clearance. We will ship your order after this check clearing period.
Money Orders: We accept money orders. As soon as the money order is received your order will be shipped.
Shipping?
We usually ship the following day an order is received with the exception of weekends and holidays. If the item you wish to order is out of stock, we are committed to ship your backorder the day that stock becomes available.
Minimum Order Size?
There is no minimum order size but please be made aware that the same $7.99 shipping charge applies to all orders.
International Orders:
IMPORTANT NOTE: International parcel post is very restrictive as to the maximum size of the shipped package and it varies from country to country. Unfortunately, many balsa wood kit boxes and most ARF boxes are too large to ship by air parcel post. Air UPS for these oversize packages is possible but the cost is very high. Before entering any international order, please contact us to determine if the product in question can be shipped to your country.
International orders are accepted but you are responsible for all freight and customs charges. Because of the high freight charges, international orders are only shipped complete when every item on the order has arrived in stock. (Unless you are willing to pay multiple shipping charges).
Returns?
Customers – Include a copy of the invoice and a note inside the package requesting your wishes such as exchange or refund. Returns should be sent to:

Shipping Damages?
If you see obvious external product damage while the shipper is still at your door, refuse the package.
If internal damage is discovered after delivery, please save everything – the product, the shipping carton and all packing materials. Call us at 505-332-8007 and we will contact the shipper for inspection or pickup. DO NOT return the product on your own.
Missing Parts or Defective Product?
Call us at 505-332-8007. Depending on situation, we will determine whether to send a new part, repair or replace the missing or defective product. If return shipping is needed, we will arrange for a pick-up.
Price Changes and Printing Errors?
We make every effort to insure that all prices and descriptions are accurate. However, all terms, conditions and prices in any advertisement, publication and website are subject to change without notice. Ads and promotions may be cancelled and changed without notice due to inadvertent errors and printing mistakes. Quantities of some advertised items may be limited.
Product Liability?
J & J Hobbies - Control Line Central llc takes pride in the quality and reliability of its products. CLC's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in the connection therewith.
